Background[]
This merchant sells Codex entries and note texts that have been missed by the Inquisitor during their travels, as well as tonic recipes. The stall is located in the southeast courtyard of the Summer Bazaar in the same store front as the Val Royeaux Schematics Merchant. Head past Le Masque du Lion Café and go up the stairway leading into the courtyard; the stall can be found inside the shop at the end of the courtyard on the left hand-side.
Involvement[]
Willvan's wares are unlocked after the Inquisition relocates to Skyhold. New entries become available, including those that are mutually exclusive, after a location is no longer accessible based on the Inquisitor's quest choices, these include:
