Whittle is an Inquisition soldier found at the Crossroads located in the Hinterlands.
Involvement[]
Whittle can be encountered during the side quest In the Elements. He has been put in charge of helping the refugees at the Crossroads.
He is tasked with providing blankets and supplies for all the refugees; however, he does not have enough supplies for everyone. He asks the Herald for help in obtaining the much needed supplies by marking five cache locations around the Hinterlands, allowing for the Inquisition soldiers to track them down once they have all been marked.
