Welcome Home is a companion quest in Dragon Age II.
During this quest Hawke will ask Merrill how she is getting on in her new home in Kirkwall.
Acquisition
This quest becomes available after the completion of the main quest, Long Way Home, despite whether or not Merrill was told she would be visited.
Walkthrough
Travel to Merrill's Home in the Elven Alienage in Lowtown and speak with Merrill. Hawke will ask how she is getting on without her clan.
Companion Reactions
You can earn friendship or rivalry points, depending on the second dialogue choice you make:
- choosing "Don't thank me." -
Merrill: rivalry (+5)
- choosing "You're welcome." -
Merrill: friendship (+5)
- choosing "Did you really?" -
Merrill: friendship (+5)
