- Does not stack with itself; subsequent hits refresh the duration.
- 5 second duration.
- Upkeep is in stamina.
- Has good synergy with attack talents that can hit and apply on-hit effects on multiple targets at the same time, like Whirlwind, Dual Weapon Sweep, or Scattershot.
- This talent is deactivated automatically if the character runs out of stamina.
- This effect is actually not implemented, and the ability does nothing other than applying the visual effect.
