Bug! Is Glitched and lacks the "Two-handed" requirement allowing it to be equipped on any character who meets the strength requirement. When equipped on a mage this allows for an exploit where all spells are cast at the speed of a normal melee swing and the spells Winter's Grasp, Fireball, Stonefist, Chain Lightning, and Spirit Bolt lose their cooldowns. As a result those five spells can be used as rapidly as the warrior ability Bolster. |
