The Voice of Velvet is a dagger in Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening. It is probably the best dagger in the game, and obtainable early on (with sufficient money).

The dagger can be purchased from the Bartender in The Crown and Lion in the City of Amaranthine.
Description
The elven assassin Corimae used this dagger to open the throat of a nobleman who refused to take her as a lover.
