Viuus Anaxas is a trainer of the Necromancer specialization.
He can only be encountered if the Inquisitor is a Mage. After Way of the Necromancer is completed, he can no longer be found in Skyhold.
Background
Viuus is one of the Mortalitasi, the venerated and mysterious 'death mages' of Nevarra. Viuus is a relative of Duke Sandral Anaxas, the ruler of Cumberland.
Involvement
Following the completion of the Specializations for the Inquisitor war table operation, three trainers will appear at Skyhold, and if the Inquisitor is a mage, Viuus will be one of them, and can be found in the Lower Courtyard. He offers the Way of the Necromancer quest.
Cassandra has been observed speaking to Viuus on several occasions however she has 'instructed' Leliana's agents not to mention this to anyone.
