The Venomous spider is a variety of giant spider which has evolved to develop a venom sack allowing it to poison its prey.
Involvement[]
During the quest Magistrate's Orders, Hawke ventures into the Ruined Passage. Inside a chamber the party is attacked by numerous corrupted spiders, including a venomous spider.
Once the spider is killed, it drops the Spider's Silk Gland which is needed by Solivitus for the quest the Herbalist's Tasks.
