• During the quest In Entropy's Grasp, in a map-marked chest at the circular arena in the Broken Stairway zone. This arena is where the Frenzied Sentinel is encountered.

• Crossroads - In a map-marked chest in the Converged City. The chest is accessible by completing the quest The Labs Below and is accessible right after the quest's final cutscene.
• Dock Town - In a map-marked chest in the southeast building of the Thread Market, which accessible during or after The Cobbled Swan Case. Open the double gate by adjusting the freezable mechanism inside the room. The mechanism is accessible through a broken section of the wall.
• During the quest Blood of Arlathan, in a map-marked chest in the Temple Library to the right of the stairway immediately after exiting the trap.
