BioWare have released new information on Varric Tethras, in which Mark Kirby, in an interview, reveals more about our beloved Dwarven companion. His loyalty is described as well as the fact that he goes on to claim that he's one of the more "popular characters" within the Dragon Age series, but it seems as though our friendly companion will not be catching a much needed break with Kirby asserting that: " In Inquisition, things are definitely worse for Varric in just about every possible way. He's hundreds of miles from home. Not a friend in sight. And the things that are happening around him are apocalyptic."
