What does "Qunari" mean?
There has been some argument about what "Qunari" actually are, rather specifically what the word means. Qunari is sometimes used to refer to all people who follow the philosophies of the Qun, but it is typically used to refer specifically to the Ox-men, those with the metallic skin tones, huge size, and horns.
There are also special terms to refer to the culture that predates the Qun, and for converts to the Qun. Its been commented that the Kossith, the culture that predates the Qun, may have had people that hardly resembles the modern Qunari as well.
I think I have it worked out, it has been said in a few sources that the Qunari practice a form of Eugenics and/or selective breeding for the traits they desire.

Danarius' Heritage
I have heard a lot of chatter about how people seem to think Danarius is part elf, while i certainly think it is possible... I have a different theory on his point ears. A few in fact.
My first theory is that it may be a symptom of Demonic possession (or prior demon possession) or the usage of blood magic. Now I am not saying pointed ears are evil, but possession tends to have weird physical effects on people.
My second theory is that it is a form of body modification... not very likely, but possible.

Da 2: Mini Review
Mages... stop turning into monsters, how can this game be so dedicated to making mages seem like the most evil thing ever. There is no moral ambiguity in this game about mages, they almost always do something horribly evil.
Mage: Oh look a pigeon, I am doomed, better resort to ancient evil *slits wrist and turns into a monster*

I am making a wishlist for DA:I because its really easy to do and I am bored.
- Playable Qunari/Kossith ideas
- Allow in-game dialogue to have the character to indicate if they are Tal-vashoth or Qunari, or other.
- Gold, Silver, and Bronze skin trinity all available.
- Too many variations on horns; No horns, sawed off horns, ripped off horns, damages horns, horns of all sizes.
- No forced body-paint

Unpopular opinion time.
I am going to sharer a few unpopular opinions here (concerning dragon age), feel free to do the same or comment on mine.
I thought Sten looked way-lame in the original game, and that his personality saved him and the Qunari.
I think it was brave of Bioware to pic a canon outcome for the games, and that doing so will ensure the franchises long-term survival. Though I may not agree with the canon choices they picked... I take comfort in the fact that there is an outcome that "really happened" and in a way it makes the games have better replay value as "what if" stories... perhaps this is why "what if" comics have always been my favorite.
