I have read in several guides that if you specialize in bloodmage, at the end of the circle tower quest you can tell Irving that you are a blood mage. Whether they ask you or whether you volunteer the information I'm not sure. As a result Irving Wynn and the templar attack you, and you lose those army possibilities. This sounds like a very cool story twist, and I would like to roleplay the dialogue options.
I unlocked bloodmage in my current game and specialized in it before going to the circle tower. I never saw a dialogue option in which I could tell Irving I was a blood mage, however. I tried multiple times but did not find it. I am playing on pc, and had wynn in party at time of dialogue if that is important.
Can someone confirm that this event actually happens? If so do you remember any dialogue or other triggers that I may have missed?
