• During the quest A Warden's Best Friend, in a map-marked chest in the Training Grounds of the Griffon Aerie. Where you first use Assan to drop the the crane's load, go left (north) and across the beam to reach a mostly barren area, with the chest up against the far wall.
• Hossberg Wetlands - Dropped by an Ogre tied to a quest objective in the Flooded Farmlands during the quest Something Wrong.
• Sold by Clara in Lavendel village in the Hossberg Wetlands.
• During the quest The Siege of Weisshaupt, in a map-marked chest at the northeast of the Front Gate Wall.
• Grey Wardens Faction Shop: Rank 2
• During Something's Coming, dropped by the ogre enemy at the Blight Eruption in the Hossberg Wetlands.
• During The Profane and the Lost, in a chest in the Profane War Room area. The chest is located at the end of the hallway outside of the door to the war room proper.
