• Dexterity on unlock: +3

Notes

• Like all passives, this ability works regardless of the weapon being used.
• Rogues can easily achieve over 70% critical chance through crafted equipment alone, but this ability helps rogues that also want critical damage or flanking bonus with their equipment.
• Used to grant only 1% crit chance per strike. Unknown when this was changed.
