Thrice-Bound is a unique dagger in Dragon Age II.

Sold at Weaponsmithy in Lowtown for 2 65 40 during Act 1.

While its effect in combat is average at best, it's still good to keep in your inventory and equip to Isabela (or Hawke if they are a rogue) when you find a chest she can't open as it will increase her lock picking skill a full level.
