They Shall Not Pass is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

After capturing Suledin Keep, Baron Edouard Desjardins will be installed at the keep. Speaking to him will initiate the quest.

Inspect the bridge to see if it can be repaired; claiming it completes the quest.

- If the Judicael's Crossing bridge is rebuilt prior to speaking with the baron, the quest will not be triggered and the quest icon will remain indefinitely on the map.
