They Came From Somewhere Else is a side quest from the Jaws of Hakkon DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
A series of papers were found in the Frostback Basin. They appear to outline some sort of conspiracy.

The book-binding
Go to a requisition table and craft the item "Book-Binding":
These hundreds of pages of strange conspiracies are all out of order. Bind them into a book to make more sense of them.
Give the Book-Binding to Trader Helsdim in Stone-Bear Hold.
Afterwards, the Inquisitor may ask him to join the Inquisition.

Master Lightning Rune- +1 approval for Guests of the Hold
- Trader Helsdim can be convinced to join the Inquisition as an Agent.
- Unlocks A Conspiracy of Dunces if Helsdim is recruited.

Trivia[]
- Much of this codex and A Conspiracy of Dunces is a satire on conspiracy theories. "Ordo Templis Royalis" is a reference to the Ordo Templi Orientis both as a reference to Templars and that Crowley's organization is a staple of conspiracy theory claims. "Ser Ycke" and the Snake-Kings are a reference to David Icke's theory of reptilian aliens.
