The Key to Your Heart is a companion quest for Anders at the beginning of Act 3 in Dragon Age II. It is part of Check on Anders, and is not marked in the journal.
Acquisition

This quest is only available if Hawke is in a romance with Anders. Go to the Hawke Estate to start his companion quest, Check on Anders.
Walkthrough Edit
A star option in the dialogue wheel ("I have a gift for you") appears twice upon talking to Anders. Hawke will give him a key to the cellar of the Hawke Estate. This is the only time the key can be given.
