The Golem Registry is a side quest encountered in the Anvil of the Void.
Walkthrough
The easiest way to acquire this quest is to wait until you're in the Anvil of the Void chamber, after the final boss fight has been completed. There is a large statue of a stone golem holding a tablet to the right of the exit as you're leaving the chamber. Examine it, take a copy of the names, and return to the shaperate.

Bug! The Shaper mentions giving you an item from the archives, and if you have not recruited Shale, you do in fact get a Master Hale rune. Comments in the dialogue files indicate that if you have recruited Shale you're supposed to get a crystal (type, quality, etc. is not specified), but no crystal is actually given. |
