The easiest way to acquire/complete this quest is to just wait until you're in the Anvil of the Void chamber, post-boss fight and cutscene. There's a large statue of a dwarf holding a tablet to the right of the exit as you're leaving the chamber. Examine it, and take a copy of the names, and return to the shaperate.
