The Freemen of the Dales is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition

Deserters from armies on both sides of the civil war have banded together under new leadership, calling themselves the Freemen of the Dales. They are terrorizing people throughout the Dales in an attempt to claim the area for themselves.

Acquisition

Obtained by selecting the "I'll see what I can do" dialogue option when speaking to Fairbanks during the side quest Watcher's Reach Refugees.

Walkthrough

Find the documents inside Watcher's Reach, attached to a fence on the left as you enter the camp.
