The Archdemon is a mosaic collection in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Mosaic Pieces icon

Pieces of an old Tevinter mosaic are scattered across the Approach. If recovered, they could be reassembled.

Acquisition

Triggers when any mosaic piece from this collection is found.

Walkthrough

The mosaic pieces are found across the Western Approach in the following locations; the pieces are numbered to match the reference image:

  1. In Sand Rock Mine near the red lyrium vein.
  2. Outside of the Still Ruins.
  3. In Echo Back Fort, past Coracavus inside the area between the Gate of Andoral and the Gate of Toth. The mosaic piece will be located at the back of the fort in the tented area.
  4. In a blocked off cave located in The Wastes, head due south from the Nazaire's Pass Inquisition Camp. The cave becomes accessible once the Abyssal High Dragon is slain. If the rock blocking the cave was not destroyed while confronting the dragon, a warrior with Grappling Chain can shatter it. Once inside, venture left of the dwarven statue to access Piece #4.
  5. In the same cave as Piece #4. Either continue in the same direction or head to right of the dwarven statue to access Piece #5.
  6. In the cave located at the southern-most part of the World map. The cave is protected by an ice-based magic barrier; the cave can be accessed during the side quest On the Chantry Trail.
  7. In the astrarium cave.
  8. Under Griffon Wing Keep in the Old Well, near the The Old Well landmark.
  9. In a cave containing The Thing in the Dark landmark statue. The cave is in Death Drink Springs due east of the Griffon Wing Keep. To access the piece the war table operation Crossing the Sulphur Pits must be completed.
  10. Beneath the final platform after climbing down the Hidden Stairway landmark near the Craggy Ridge Inquisition Camp.
  11. Inside the Oasis Cave located in Lost Wash Creek; the cave entrance is near the The Shortcut landmark, the mosaic piece is found near the The Lost Idol landmark.
  12. From the Echo Back Canyon Inquisition Camp, exit the area and head southwest following the canyon wall until two tents can be seen in the distance. The mosaic piece can be found in the second tent (the further of the two).
