Tavish is a Knight-Commander located in the Denerim Market District.
Background
He appears to have a strong sense of justice as well as being eager in dealing with criminals wherever they may be.
Involvement
Tavish is involved in two Mages' Collective quests, Defying the Collective and Justice Must Be Served. In both quests Tavish will accept evidence implicating the illegal dealing of the Collective with some members of the Templar Order such as the Knight-Commander Harrith.
