Tarohne is an apostate blood mage. She hates Meredith and the Templars, and plans to bring them down from the inside.
Involvement
During the quest Enemies Among Us, Hawke will arrive in the Blood Mage Hideout and, after fighting through waves of demons and abominations, witnesses a magically imprisoned Keran. After revealing her plans of how she will forcibly turn Templars recruits into abominations and after saying that she will make Hawke a "vessel", Tarohne explains she is doing this to cause chaos within the templars' ranks and resurrect the Tevinter Imperium... only to be killed by Hawke moments later.
Loot
After defeating Tarohne, you will find on her body the Act 1 armor set helmet. Depending on your class, it will be either the Hood of the Spiral Eye for mages, the Helmet of the Fallen for warriors, or Last Descent Helm for rogues.
