XP, Influence, Power[]
Vinsomer was the last dragon I fought and I'm not sure if the XP, Influence, and Power I received is from slaying the dragon or finishing the Dragon Hunter collection (mainly, not sure about the XP). Here's the data:
- 2649 XP
- 3500 Influence
- 4 Power

- I got the same XP and power, and Vinsomer was my 7th dragon killed. Not sure about Influence--didn't get a chance to see it before it disappeared. --♫ Kelcat Talk 23:09, January 31, 2015 (UTC)

Strategy / Tactics[]
Accepting that this is only my second playthrough, first on casual, this time on normal, this may not transfer to hard nor nightmare.
Fed up with just 2 of your team managing to have no major problem with Vinsomer whilst the other two use up all the potions, will NOT stay out of range, always walking into trouble, forever vulnerable ? Never improving no matter what armour or other you create/buy for them ? Worth recalling having a full complement is not an obligation. Leave the weaklings at home, just go with your hardier mate, and accept you will take a whole lot longer before victory.

Exploit[]
Just like with the Fereldan Frostback, this one is exploitable by using a mage and standard attacks from the maximum possible distance. It takes some time, of course, but the Vinsomer won't move at all (and only put up Guard once when I tried it).
