+1 attribute point

Tome of skill and sundry gives +1 attribute point on the console versions. I'm reverting it to the old edit.

Misinformation

This article says the usage restriction applies only in the camp, but I have traveled to numerous locations and this particular tome remains limited to the main character at all times. The very item description indicates this, at least on the PS3 version (latest patch). On a similar subject, I've used the other tomes while in camp with no issue.... You are right. This tome can be used anywhere in the game on XBox, PC and PS3. It can also be imported into Awakenings, Golems, and WH. You can also dupe this tome should you desire to do so if you have two of them.--Diosprometheus (talk) 01:00, July 25, 2011 (UTC)
