The 1.99 patch still doesn't seem to prevent the dot blowback from Dual-Weapon Expert. I'm using version 1.04. Anyone else verify this?

This talent is not like any other sustained talents in the game (that I know of). The "40" upkeep doesn't work like other sustained talents. What I mean is this: let's say your stamina is currently 30/100. If you were to use another sustained ability with 40 upkeep, your stamina would then be 30/60. However, for The Tainted Blade, you would not be able to activate it if your stamina is 30/100 because it requires at least 40 stamina to activate. Just something noteworthy I wanted to point out. Ranged Combat

Yes , while the damage doesn't show in your character screen, the bonus is there, i tested against NM Jarvia and with TB i was hitting her for 110-120 dmg without it it was around 75-90 Yvo Valdebenito
