I couldn't find the Inquisitor amulet. Did you play at a higher level of difficulty, because all the high dragons are tagged at Nightmare.
A branch of this quest exists in the Frostback Basin. It seems bugged for me, (either because I looted the sarcophagus and left something behind and can't interact with it again, or because I was supposed to read the thing on the wall when I opened the sarcophagus), so the quest still says "explore the chamber". --107.179.238.99 (talk) 19:54, December 15, 2018 (UTC)
