Talk: Terrorize

Removed erroneous info "Instant. Duration: 2 sec", as it's neither an instant (in fact, it has a rather lengthy cast time), nor is its duration 2 sec. I was stunned on Nightmare for 4 sec about an hour ago. Added some necessary info regarding the existence of mental resistance check.
