Does anyone know how much of a net gain/loss of mana this spell gives the caster? Aliksy (talk) 00:02, October 24, 2010 (UTC)
- To get an accurate # for net/gain loss you'd need to know your base mana regen and your mana regen modified by Spellbloom. The spell would also vary in effectiveness based on how much mana you have upon casting and how quickly you are using it up after casting. If the spellbloom keeps filling your mana back to full then you have wasted time where it could be regenerating more. There's also the initial loss from the casting cost, though that should be offset by the spells own bonus in the first seven seconds of it's duration (not taking into account your base rate). ✪Aedan Cousland | Talk | Contr 01:04, October 24, 2010 (UTC)
- When you cast it, you drop 25 Mana. Then over time you gain 60 mana. The net gain is 35.
- This is area of effect, so if 2 mages buff each other they each drop 25. Then they each gain 120. The net gain is 95 each.
