does shattering shot's knockdown require a physical resistance check?

I don't think so. A least, I've never seen critters/normals resist it. Lieutenants+ are not affected, anyway. IN 08:02, March 18, 2010 (UTC)

The Talent description is correct. Normal rank or lower enemies are knocked down with no check (unless they have Knockdown Immunities of course). --69.163.243.32 14:18, March 18, 2010 (UTC)
