Bug or Note?[]
I would've put that observation under Notes. While her presence is mostly irrelevant for those who can't get the quest, it still seems intentional that she's a part of the game world, not only is it realistic but it also lets players know they might've missed out on something (namely a quest) based on their choices; as is my case - was curious whether she was part of a quest I was missing. Another example is the pro-mage woman in daylight Docks who will be there regardless if you can do quests to help her lot - which is dependent on whether you helped that group of apostates in a cave escape from the Templars or not. 89.153.195.130 (talk) 16:11, October 17, 2011 (UTC)
I believe that's intentional and subsequently not a bug.

- I would tend to agree because of characters like Knight-Commander Tavish, but I think it would really depend on consistency. If she doesn't consistently appear when Kerran stays wih the templars, then I would say it is a bug. ----Isolationistmagi 07:28, July 26, 2012 (UTC)
