I dont think I am getting any heals at all. Should it work all the time or just when in the 'One With Nature' mode? Also, with all damage spells or just with the 'One With Nature' line spells? Are you supposed to see any numbers that indicate the healing effect or you just gain the life 'silently'? All I was getting was the life regen, and not all the time, just sometimes. Only in OwN mode, obviously, and only when the field deals damage to the enemies within its limits. There are little green numbers with plus before them, you know :) They are very hard to miss. IN 13:34, March 23, 2010 (UTC)

You miss the point. (1) Usually, there are more enemies than one in the field, so that is going to be +7 per enemy per tick, right? (2) Once one of them is dead, you get +20.0 health regen for 10s. (3) Once you turn Blood Magic modal ability on, that's your best healing option. Do the math yourself, the formulae for various healing spells are not complicated. Moreover, Replenishment does not drain your health when it heals, it's a passive. Overall, I consider Blood Magic/One With Nature one of the best non-obvious synergies in the game. Granted, the effect is not overtly flashy, and the numbers appear miniscule or are not displayed at all, but the regen is crazy, the healing ticks at insane rate, and it all adds up.
