How to really acquire this quest

I got this quest and two others like it before Secret Rendezous. The jist is that you have to go into the Docks at Night at ANY TIME of Act I and kill all the red teeth you can find. You may have to map out to another part of the city and return to respawn others. This is the same for the gangs you have to kill in Lowtown and Hightown. --IdealistTCO (talk) 02:16, March 16, 2011 (UTC)

Possible Bug

I thought I'd only cleared out 2 gangs and when I look at the completed side quests, sure enough lies & pinpricks are done. No Pier Pressure to be seen anywhere, no attacks as I walk around the Docks.

A map of the warehouse location would be nice; just to be sure.
