patch numbering

patch 3 is renamed patch 4 as i understand it from this [1] link. changing it.

Buggier than ever

I play the game on PS4 but tbh the game keeps getting buggier with each patches for me. When I started (i had no patches), it was working very smooth, but with the first patch I installed the game became a bit buggy, and now after installing many subsequent patches, the game is extremely buggy for me. Bugs like this are extremely common for me:
