lol I've never seen that item (or it's description) before. - Pwr905 05:33, December 13, 2009 (UTC)

LOL. I like its description. Where can you get this? Skraps 21:20, January 8, 2010 (UTC)

After testing various things, it's come to my attention that you cannot wrangle Schmooples(Leliana's Nug) at all, neither can you wrangle the Spirit Hog, or the nugs in the Pearl Brothel. So the fact Nug Wrangler Boermor says "There are still more out there." after turning in those present in the Orzammar Commons is simply a conversation loop, or he's referring to Nugs not yet discovered by anyone playing the game. Schmooples cannot be interacted with in any way(even if you've still not turned in a nug to the wrangler, or after turning in those in Orzammar commons). Things still to test, - Pearls Before Swine and it's possible connection to the Nugbane crossbow, as the pearl has quite a few Nug references in conjunction with the two nugs from the "Surprise me." conversation option, and the title chosen for this quest. As I have never actually killed the mercenaries it's the last thing I can think of to try in order to acquire this crossbow(besides pickpocketing their leader after deciding to kill them). No go on the swine quest, perhaps someone with Stealing could try it on the werewolf representative after feeding him a nug? Mictlantecuhtli 17:13, January 24, 2010 (UTC)

I don't think checking out the resource is required. Just that the exported resource exists in your override directory. -- tierrie talk contr 00:20, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

That's just the first thing that worked, I didn't try exporting it and check out was the only way I could get it to let me edit the inventory. Mictlantecuhtli 00:57, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

You should be able to edit the inventory by creating a local copy as well. Right-click -> create local copy. This is just FYI in case you want to update the info. -- tierrie talk contr 02:01, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

Everything Known About This Object[]

Besides the information listed, the only other clues are that this item (like Dead Metal Bucket) is in the base installation of Dragon Age: Origins. However no one has figured out it's location, if it is even possible to acquire it through gameplay. Considering there is not an extensive stealing guide, this item along with Dead Metal Bucket could very well be hiding out on certain npc's in the game (especially those encountered in combat as stealing in combat is incredibly difficult, it only seems to succeed if the enemy is stunned or chasing someone). I have not yet been able to test stealing from the werewolf representative after feeding him a nug, which is the primary theory I am endorsing at the moment.
