I guess a single short comment from Isabela technically counts as, "some funny dialogue". Not sure that's how I'd describe it though.

I'm not sure if this is worth noting, but when you play this DLC after Act 3 and your sibling survived it all, you cannot bring them for the initial encounter with Tallis but you can bring them to Chateau Haine (they'll be already there as delegate of their respective group when you arrive). --2003:C4:DBD4:9E7F:31DF:DE23:FA59:7EED (talk) 13:18, October 4, 2017 (UTC)
