Alistair: Fiona's son?[]
There is indisputable in-game evidence that Alistair is, in fact, not Fiona's son, for conversing with Loghain reveals that Alistair is even older than Cailan (thus revealing his heritage will endanger Rowan's station). Since Cailan was already nine years old when Fiona and Maric fell in love, Alistair must have already been born, so Alistair couldn't have been Fiona's child.
Either that, or Gaider was lying. Again.

Cailan was born in 9:05, according to DA:World of Thedas Alistair was born in 9:10 and Maric with the Wardens foiled Architect's plan in 9:14, according to DA:Calling after Architect incident Fiona told Maric they have a baby. So that baby isn't Alistair, the former templar has a 4 years younger lost brother.78.8.7.100 (talk) 05:52, May 26, 2013 (UTC)
Maric's Death[]
Could someone please tell how Maric died? The link on the article page isn't working.
- As mentioned in the opening paragraph, Maric died at sea.

Deceased[]
Since Until We Sleep as well as the other comics released by Dark Horse are based on Bioware cannon which does not necessarily override player choices, it is not certain that Maric is dead, and hence be eligible to be added in the Deceased category.
