Requisition will not update after completion

Not sure how or why, but this requisition is permanently stuck in my quest log. Whenever I complete it, it doesn't leave my quest log and I receive no "Power" or "Influence". It doesn't matter how many times I go out and re-collect the items to make the "Orlesian Culture" item at the requisition table. It'll say I acquired Orlesian Culture and the consumed items will update, but the quest never actually completes. --N00bKing (talk) 21:48, January 27, 2015 (UTC)

Try selling the items needed, wait for the quest to update, and then rebuy every item seperately (buy, exit vendor, wait for update, rinse and repeat), and see if the quest resets itself like this. I have finished the Lotus and Root about 30 times already, as it updates every time I go over what I needed for the quest, even though I finished the quest within three hours of starting the game. henioo ^{(da talk page)} 22:09, January 27, 2015 (UTC)

This requisition reappeared in my Quest Log today when I travelled to the Exalted Plains for something. The last time I was in the region I'd specifically farmed the mats and cleared it because I wasn't intending to return. GhostWolfe (talk) 16:27, February 18, 2015 (UTC)

Yeah when I was filling in missing info on all requisiton quests, I experienced the problem above described by NoobKing (both in Exalted Plains and Emerald Graves), I added a note about this on Requisitions but perhaps it could be added to this quest page here as well. -- Kewpies^[talk] 16:41, February 18, 2015 (UTC)
