-Note that this line is misleading, because there is another way. If you are consistently nice to the guy, you sould get an extra 'nice' option and he will fell bad and reveal the hidden location claiming he doesnt feel right stealing from a good guy like Hawke. Note that after this, you can then allow him to be jailed or killed

Do you need to have completed "get back to work" for this quest to trigger?

I was about to ask about an earlier play-through when I got the cache location. Couldn't someone edit the main page ? I'd be tempted to but from past experience I know there is a risk of some individual deciding extra useful information / correction ought not remain to help folk on "their" page, and then removes it.

In previous playthroughs I have had the cache marked on the map, but this time my sarcastic Hawke was as nice as ninepence, diplomatic on all options, and nothing. [[Special:Contributions/86.191.101.156|86.191.101.156]] ([[User talk:86.191.101.156|talk]]) 17:02, November 15, 2014 (UTC)

Miner Wages

When you convince the miners to go back to work in the Bone Pit quest, you have the option to increase their wages. (you also have the choice to be paid up front at the cost of the worker's safety) Does this have any affect on whether the inside job appears?

Nope, doesn't seem to. --118.92.11.92 (talk) 06:02, March 20, 2011 (UTC)

Ill beat some sense in you

"he will reveal the location of where some gold is that he stole from you" Where is this location? There are differ between other option or not?

Hubert Gone

Does he not appear until the letter is received? He disappears from the game in Act 2 (on three seperate characters now, Xbox 360), his shop nor Hubert himself are located anywhere in Hightown during Act 2. Mictlantecuhtli (talk) 19:01, May 6, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, he doesn't appear in the market until you receive his letter and trigger the quest--which only happens after completing Prime Suspect. Based on his dialogue, it's assumed he was off busy investigating the matter of the Bone Pit shipments getting hijacked. You've had 3 separate characters and still haven't reached that point in the game?? Just complete the Prime Suspect quest already... - -|||

I always get a diplomatic option even though my personality is set to aggressive and I hit him and threatened him. Is this a bug or on purpose?
