Before enter the given location, walk by Lowtown to meet the remaining dog lords

cant exit the decrepit alley

For some reason some players after completing the quest can't leave the alley as there is no exit. It is not know what causes this glitch and players will have to load an earlier save to not get trapped in the area. Be sure not to save in the alley after the quest is complete.

Plea

"The Dog Lords may stop spawning prior to the map becoming available for looting, making the quest impossible to start."
