NPC/Quest Bugged?
Possibly Bugged on PS3? This quest just showed up for my character on PS3, despite having 90 gold on hand.
- I was also offered this quest, but on the PC. I had 80 gold at the time I received the letter.
- Also, the NPC involved appears to be seriously bugged. I made four attempts to hold this conversation with him, and took different routes through it each time. Each time the conversation should have ended the PS3 completely froze up. Can anyone else verify possible bugs? --John Stephens (talk) 22:41, March 15, 2011 (UTC)
- Perhaps not. If I'm interpreting the story correctly, this is a) a way not to have to pony up the fifty gold yourself; b) a chance to swindle the Carta; c) probably a decent combat if you do decide not to pay up. All are interesting story possibilities in their own right. My feeling is that getting this quest even if you do have sufficient gold is a feature, not a bug :) --Muddlehead (talk) 21:17, March 20, 2011 (UTC)
