I found another potential bug with this quest. Working with patch 1.02 installed. I went to the tavern and saw Isabella have her little fight. Spoke with her and was given her quest. I than ran around and did other things. I came back to the Hanged Man and Isabella had a quest marker on her head. I engaged her in conversation. At that point, she drew her blades and began to run off fighting as if she was in Hightown.

I have been to Hightown at night and I see Isabella in the plaza, however, when I speak with her, she just spouts something random about the people of Hightown.

I have only just discovered this and haven't begun looking for a fix yet. Still, I thought that it should be noted.

Corpse search bug

This may have been fixed already, I'm playing 1.02 and looted the bodies just before the fight finished (got letter) and certainly before Isabella even said anything. As soon as the combat finished she just ran up to me, said about going to chantry and just ran there no problem. Doors opened, scenes followed and quest done. --Gyumaou (talk) 21:51, May 22, 2011 (UTC)

I don't think it's fixed, happened to me last night and I spent an hour trying to figure out what's wrong. Gotta restart my game now to redo all the progress. (Ccat61100 (talk) 18:11, November 10, 2012 (UTC))

"If you check the bodies before being instructed, the chantry doors won't open and you can't finish the quest or get Isabela." It's worse than that. You can hear the audio tell you to search but it seems if you don't let it finish it messes up anyway. At least that must be what happened, Can't understand why a company lets what should be simple bugs to fix continue. Give an employee a free hour to get it sorted ! 86.144.82.208 (talk) 11:53, October 3, 2014 (UTC)
