Favor and Fault vs The Last Straw

Yeah, that's great advice. Short of having absolutely no detail. I found out how to access the debugger myself and it doesn't fix anything. Whoever the smart guy was that wrote this, how about some direction? Any way to complete the quest as normal? Undo acceptance of The Last Straw?
