Given this character's unusual name and his description as "The mad dwarf", I have to wonder if he is a nod to the "mad dwarf" Dworkin in Roger Zelazny's "Amber" series? https://princeofamber.fandom.com/wiki/Dworkin --Iamweaver (talk) 23:58, July 12, 2020 (UTC)
- It's not an unreasonable conclusion, but it's also an unproven one. Generally, we like to see a quote from a developer or other BioWare person asserting that the link exists. There are, after all, real people named Dworkin (e.g, Robert or Andrea), so it isn't the only possibility. DaBarkspawn (talk) 00:49, July 13, 2020 (UTC)
Won't talk to me[]
I came back from Kal'Hirol with 2 Lyrium dusts and the tablet denoting all of the Castless who defended Hal'Hirol. Dworkin just gives me the same canned dialogue about using up all of his explosives. He has a quest marker over his head. Korra II Royal (talk) 04:33, September 28, 2020 (UTC)
- In this Reddit post , the person who had the same problem I did claimed that they hadn't finished Kal'Hirol yet but he was talking to them. Would anybody know why that is? The reason I posted this in the first place was because their experience didn't line up with mine. He started talking to me after I went back and defeated the Inferno Golem, Broodmothers, etc. Korra II Royal (talk) 05:29, September 28, 2020 (UTC)
- The mission is bugged. There's some mods to fix it: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/4835 Virrac (talk) 06:39, October 3, 2020 (UTC)
