What are the repercussions during the final battle if you let her go? Do the forewarned desertions affect your troop count or change the outcomes of Defending the Land (troop assignments)?

Also, it seems imprisoning her rather than letting her go affects the outcome of the Peasant Revolution, making the difference between pass and fail in the second persuade check. This isn't much of a problem per se, as the game treats opening the granaries the same as the persuade option, but if the variable is a bit more overarching, then it could affect epilogue results.
