Trivia

I added a bit of speculation to the trivia. Both Hindsight and Thorn of the Dead Gods are noted as being created by a smith later fell into his forge. They both have a connection with their various owners dying in an unfortunate manner. I think this is unusual enough to be worth noting, but would like others' thoughts.
