Possibly Caridin

Could this be Caridin?

It is a possibility that Caridin could return in Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening, as in the offical trailer for the expansion, a creature who looks similar to Caridin can be seen, but he looks red hot as if he has just come out of lava, in which he jumped in lava to set himself free.

On the otherside however, if you look closely on his left shoulderpad, you'll see a glowing mark, which in his original appearance, the mark is on his right shoulderpad. This could be EA/Bioware trying to confuse the audience or it could be an error they made.

This has yet to be confirmed by EA/Bioware.

I haven't played Awakening, but could this be it? -> Sigrun-03 --Silver Mage Ω 13:43, April 30, 2010 (UTC)

this isnt caridin. the paragon hirol wasn't happy with the army of golems that were patrolling the deep roads so he made an inferno golem. molten lava couurses through this golem making it extremely resistant to fire. this golem does look a lot like caridin and the fact that caridin jumped into a river of flowing lava supports this theory.

Not Caridin. It's just a metal golem; it has the same model as the Watchers in Amgarrak Thaig. Caridin has a special helmet which this golem doesn't have. Mauvegroove (talk) 08:14, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
