More information on the calendar[]
I recently came across this wiki with information on the calendar in Thedas. As the source material is from Prima, it's canon information, but it appears to be a copy/paste from the guide itself which is discouraged since it's copyrighted material (a quick Google search will show the same text on other websites). If anyone wants to expand the article, they're welcome to rewrite the material here. --D. (talk · contr) 21:58, January 20, 2012 (UTC)
Organization of holidays and months section[]
I found the new organization of the holidays around the months a bit confusing since they were each listed after the month that they essentially precede. Outside of First Day, the holidays mark the start of the seasons so it visually made more sense to me to put them at the start of the three months corresponding to that season. Anyway, tried to make it more visually clear, but perhaps others disagree?
Also, the term annums was removed, which just seemed a shame to lose that information altogether from the page. Although the new Bioware Blog entry on seasons doesn't use that word, it was included in the strategy guide. Perhaps revisit this when the entire encyclopedia comes out? Respectfully--R2sMuse (talk) 14:42, December 27, 2012 (UTC)
- The holidays are at the beginning of a certain month. That may be the 5th, the 8th or the 1st of that month. It isn't specified. What it matters, however, is the fact that these holidays happen inside that particular month, so I'm against putting first the holiday and then the month that the particular holiday takes place. 15:08, December 27, 2012 (UTC)
- I see your point about them being within the month, at least in the case of all except for First Day. Maybe there's a better way to organize that doesn't make them seem that they come after. Maybe just move them into the month description that they're attached to? --R2sMuse (talk) 16:18, December 27, 2012 (UTC)
Zazikel[]
I know the source calls Zazikel the Old Goddess of Freedom, but on Zazikel's page it is stated he is an Old God, additionally all the Old Gods are male. I think the source is wrong at least on that one point. - Blaid 02:27, February 19, 2014 (UTC)
- Good catch. Seems Ben Gelinas confirmed this as a typo. Twitter Although the Old God Zazikel is the God of Chaos, not Freedom. Hmm. --R2sMuse (talk) 03:50, February 19, 2014 (UTC)
Timeline of Game Events[]
When do game events take place? I mean, it is known that the events of DAO take place in 9:30-31, but during what part of the year? Same with DA2, and Inquisition. Is there any references?--Arcanis Born (talk) 13:35, December 3, 2015 (UTC)
