Why is that that the Treaties is remain with you, and you actually have to give to Duncan? Why you just have you come back to Ostagar and seacrh these papers? I don't understand it, even if somewhere else whould be a lot more safety, not just you bear to the Tower of Ishal and all the way in the game. Their only tssk was to go up an abandoned tower and light a fire, whereas any of the Wardens on the battlefield were risking their lives and thus the treaties wouldn't be safe with them. Then i guess the warden just carries it for safety. You gotta employ a little but od the ol' suspension of disbelief.
